We picked this coffee for its unique expression of the Wush Wush variety grown in Brazil: bright mandarin acidity, rich notes of prune and cacao, and a juicy body. Grown by Stefano Um at Fazenda Um in Sul de Minas, this naturally processed coffee is a great example of the farm’s experimental approach and its ability to produce coffees that challenge what we typically expect from Brazil.
